Get My Class A CDL

This is a structured path designed to build real drivers, not shortcuts. Expect clear standards, safety-first habits, and a step-by-step ramp into over-the-road work.

Phase 1 — Classroom Orientation (5–10 business days)

  • • Policy + expectations
  • • FMCSA / compliance foundations
  • • ELD basics + hours-of-service mindset
  • • Safety culture + professional conduct
  • • Dispatch fundamentals

Pay: $300/week
Provided: hotel accommodations and meals

Phase 2 — Over-the-Road Training (Months 1–3)

  • • Assigned to training trucks under supervision
  • • Safety and consistency are the priority
  • • No home time during this phase (mandatory)

Pay: $800/week
Provided: housing and meals during training

Phase 3 — Supervised Independent Operation (Months 4–6)

  • • Run loads with continued oversight and evaluation
  • • Home time becomes request-based and approval-based
  • • Focus: compliance habits, maturity, consistency

Note: Specific home time limits and scheduling are handled through dispatch once assigned.

Requirement (important)

If approved for the Training Program and you do not currently hold a Class A CDL, you must obtain your Class A CDL permit before starting training.
