Shifted Zaftrans is a driver-built carrier created in direct response to what is broken in the transportation industry. Too many companies run drivers into the ground, hide the real expectations, and treat people like disposable labor. This company exists to do the opposite and to correct what we can — step by step — through discipline, standards, and real structure. We operate with a clear capacity by design: a minimum of 30 trucks and a maximum of 50 Company Driver positions total across trainees, trainers, and experienced drivers. We are not chasing “biggest.” We are building something solid, safe, and worth staying with.
