Equipment & Standards
This is the high-level standard for equipment, cleanliness, and maintenance expectations. These standards exist to protect drivers, the company, and the public.
Truck assignment (how it works)
- • Company drivers operate on assigned dispatch.
- • Drivers do not select routes or loads.
- • Each newly assigned truck is furnished with:
- – Carpet
- – Cooking appliances
- – Refrigerator
- – Mattress and bedding
- – Wi‑Fi and television
- • Essential equipment is replaced or refreshed prior to assignment.
Cleanliness (mandatory)
- • Interior and exterior cleanliness is required at all times.
- • Truck and trailer must be washed weekly.
- • Inspection-ready is the standard, not the exception.
Maintenance reporting (no delays)
- • All maintenance issues must be reported immediately.
- • Do not delay or avoid routing for scheduled maintenance.
- • Dispatch will route equipment when service is due (follow instructions).
Important: Failure to report a preventable issue may result in a 25% deduction from weekly pay for that load.
Drivers may be financially responsible for damages caused by negligence or failure to follow procedures.
Safety technology (camera systems)
- • Trucks are equipped with Samsara 360° camera systems with in-cab displays.
- • Cameras are used for safety, training, liability protection, and compliance monitoring.
- • Tampering or disabling cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
